Ryan Amato Painting Shows Gratitude To Our Amazing Painters
Ryan Amato Painting was thrilled to have some of our painters and contractors back to our shop this past week.
We always want to show them how grateful we are for all of their awesome, hard work.
Remember without them, who keep out clients more than happy, there is no painting business.
Working Here
When we hire anyone to work with us, the main thing we look at are their values.
Do they match up with our company values which are.
- Dependability
- Relationships
- Accountability
By assuring any new painters and staff share these same values, we can typically be assured we have a successful relationship.
We make sure they feel valued and know we appreciate them so much, we have very low turnover and actually have people come to us without posting hiring ads.
Dependability
Dependability is key in our painting business, obviously when you tell someone your going to show and don’t it puts not only the client out but also the company and hurts the schedule and upcoming jobs.
We are fortunate that most of our painters show up every day all year long.
Sometimes things do happen and we have a culture in which family always comes first, before any project.
So if any family needs arise, sometimes we have to shift and adjust the schedule
Accountability
Things do happen, mistakes happen and when it does the mark of a good person is not to blame others.
By taking accountability it will show your true character.
Listen, things will happen, paint spilled, minor damage to things, but our painters and company own it and our only goal is to make the client happy when possible.
This is where we shine, by not blaming others, being dependable AND taking accountability for anything that may happen, we gain the trust of our clients and future clients.
Relationships
We love to have relationships with our clients, as we all live in the same local area, will see each other in grocery stores, at the gym and around town.
Ryan Amato Painting has been fortunate to be able to watch families grow in good and bad.
The main thing with our company is to develop long standing relationships which are more than just a paint job.
Showing Gratitude
Showing gratitude is one of the ways we love to express our appreciation of our staff. Sometimes the daily grind it is forgotten.
It is especially important to stop the jobs, and spend quality time together , getting to know each other, asking about each others families and generally bonding.
Ryan Amato is a man driven by his values, first and foremost. As manager of Amato Painting, Ryan’s leadership is one of trust and commitment.
